KPM Franklin was contracted by Advent Health to provide civil engineering and landscape architecture services for emergency room and health park buildings on 2.4-acres at U.S. Highway 192 and Partin Settlement Road in Kissimmee. The site design included parking and supporting infrastructure.

Scope of work included due diligence analysis, conceptual engineering plan, site plan, construction documents, permitting assistance, grading, paving, landscape and irrigation, water and sewer utilities, stormwater drainage and construction phase services.
