KPM Franklin is providing surveying and permitting assistance to Encore Resort Homes at the Reunion master-planned community in Osceola County, Florida. KPM Franklin has provided surveying services for single family residential phases 3 and 4 in Reunion West, villa home condominiums in Spectrum at Reunion Resort, Eagle Trace townhomes in The Bear’s Den at Reunion and multiple projects in Reunion Village, including a commercial retail center, Orlando Health medical campus with helipad, vacation homes, single family residential phases 3, 4 and 5.

Scope of work includes plat preparation, boundary survey, topographic survey, ALTA/NSPS survey, drainage survey, utility easement survey, tree survey, construction survey and permitting assistance.
